WAYS TO WORK WITH US

Choose the route that matches the product you are trying to build.

The right route depends on how original the product must be, how quickly the brand needs to launch, what packaging has already been chosen, which claims are intended, and what commercial volume the project must support.

WHITE LABEL
Launch an established tallow skincare platform under your own brand. This route is suited to brands that value speed, lower development complexity and a defined manufacturing process.
EXPLORE WHITE LABEL →
PRIVATE LABEL
Adapt an established platform through agreed changes to scent, texture, selected ingredients, format or packaging. This route creates a more distinctive product without beginning at zero.
EXPLORE PRIVATE LABEL →
CUSTOM FORMULATION
Develop an original product from a defined commercial brief through feasibility review, sample development, refinement, scale up, documentation planning and commercial manufacture.
EXPLORE CUSTOM FORMULATION →
BULK COSMETIC TALLOW
Source grass fed and finished beef tallow prepared for cosmetic manufacturing, supplied against an agreed specification and supported by relevant sourcing, lot and batch information.

THE DIFFERENCE BEGINS BEFORE FORMULATION

A finished product can only be as credible as the material and process behind it.

A pale color, mild scent or grass fed claim does not by itself establish cosmetic suitability. Source, animal diet, fat selection, handling, processing temperature, exposure to oxygen, storage, traceability and batch condition can all influence the material that enters a formula.

Grass-Fed Essentials manages tallow as a cosmetic raw material, not simply as rendered fat. We qualify the source, audit relevant supply relationships, define the intended specification, control processing, retain batch information and plan testing and documentation around the product being made.

The natural integrity of an ingredient is not protected by avoiding process. It is protected by using the right process.
SOURCE QUALIFICATION
Supplier, origin and available grass fed and finished evidence are reviewed before material is accepted for cosmetic use.
CONTROLLED PROCESSING
Defined procedures manage heat, handling, exposure, cleanliness and repeatability without treating the ingredient as an industrial commodity.
FORMULATION DISCIPLINE
Texture, absorption, oxidation, filling, packaging and scale up are considered as parts of one product system.
DOCUMENTED PRODUCTION
Accepted projects are manufactured against an approved specification with appropriate batch records, checks and agreed documentation.
PRODUCT CAPABILITIES

A specialist platform for more than one kind of tallow product.

Tallow can support a broad range of anhydrous and selected hybrid formats, but every format creates different technical demands. Product category, target texture, packaging, claims, market and testing requirements are reviewed before availability is confirmed.

THE GFE TALLOW STANDARD

Our standard begins where a marketing claim ends.

The GFE Tallow Standard is the internal framework we use to decide whether tallow is suitable for our cosmetic manufacturing work. It converts broad descriptions such as grass fed, clean or deodorized into practical questions about origin, evidence, handling, processing, condition, specification and traceability.

It is not a government certification and it does not claim to be a universal legal grade. It is our operating standard for protecting consistency and making our decisions auditable.

01 · SOURCE QUALIFICATION
Review the origin, supplier, animal diet evidence and suitability of the input material for the intended cosmetic use.
02 · TRACEABILITY
Retain relevant source, supplier, lot, batch and processing information so the material can be connected to the records behind it.
03 · CONTROLLED PROCESSING
Use defined procedures to manage temperature, exposure, handling, cleanliness and the factors that may affect oxidation or sensory quality.
04 · DEFINED SPECIFICATIONS
Assess the material against agreed sensory, physical, chemical or microbiological requirements appropriate to the intended use.
05 · BATCH EVIDENCE
Maintain the relevant specifications, production records, lot information and certificates required by the accepted project scope.

QUALITY IS A SYSTEM

A brand should be able to explain what was made, how it was made and which evidence supports it.

Documentation is not decoration added after production. It begins with the product brief and follows the formula, raw materials, packaging, claims, batch and destination market. Every accepted project should have a documentation plan matched to the product and the responsibilities defined in the agreement.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START?

The answers serious brands ask before they commit.

View all questions
What is the difference between white label, private label and custom formulation?
White label uses an established formula platform. Private label adapts an established platform through agreed changes. Custom formulation develops an original product from a defined brief.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimums are set by the formula, practical batch size, packaging, decoration, testing and commercial route. The project proposal states the applicable minimum for the specific product.
How long does a project take?
White label is usually the fastest route. Private label and custom projects require more development. Final timing is confirmed after formula status, packaging, materials, testing and client approvals are reviewed.
What documentation can be supplied?
The agreed package may include specifications, supplier records, certificates of analysis, batch records, ingredient information, packaging records and shipment documents.
Can I use my own packaging?
Potentially. Client supplied packaging must first be reviewed for material, dimensions, closure, fill method, compatibility, labeling, quantity and production loss allowance.
Who owns the formula?
Ownership depends on the development route and the signed agreement. White label platforms, private label changes, custom formulas, exclusivity and transfer rights must be defined in writing.
